To those who have used the discount code 'Save25'. I am sure you are all as un-happy as myself. The discount code was publically available, if it was not then it would not have worked.
Also there was no mistake in pricing or error, therefore the right to return goods is not covered.
Our orders were confirmed and some even sent for delivery, therefore placing Gymshark into a contract with the consumer to provide the goods.
A large company such as gymshark, a few thousand pounds is pocket change, hopefully they realise it wasn't worth the negative press.
Sign this petition in hope that Gymshark dispatch our goods / provide a discount code.

I'm so unimpressed by the way this error (GYMSHARKS ERROR!) has been handled. Lack of communication, a lot of disgruntled customers and no clear rational for cancelling the orders. Poor show Gym Shark. You messed up with the code, accept it. The number of customers you will lose following this fiasco far outweighs the money you'd have lost giving everyone their orders.
Is not legal what they done to us! They took our money and they accept my order! The worse they sent me an email where they said I was the on cancelling my order which is not true!
Really dissapointing. To take our money, confirm our orders, then cancel is very unprofessional. We better get a store credit or discount for this nightmare or I'm sure they will lose a lot of business, not to mention their reputation is trashed. It already takes forever to hear back from them or get refunds, so I wonder if we'll evee get our money back.
Hopefully the power of the people will make them realise the mistake they've made. The similar situation happened to M&S who sold TV's for £100 instead of £1000 - their mistake, people created a petition and they honoured their mistake!

Customers should not be punished or made to feel that Gymsharks mistake is their fault. If SAVE25 is infact a code that was meant to be used last year then the code should have been terminated at the end of that time frame. Our orders should be honoured as that is the price that we were told we were able to perchase the products at.
