Absolute disgrace for a company like Gymshark.. the more and more stuff I hear about gymshark just instantly makes me order my gym clothes elsewhere and certainly not off Gymshark again....

This is definitely not fair , i ordered my goods thinking they would arrive and now ye have just cancelled them even though ye accepted the terms and conditions and you said that you would send my stuff out !!!!

try reading the sites terms and conditions. they are within their rights to cancel orders.

A friend of mine notified me about this code and we were both thrilled! Seeing as it was the start to the new year, it seemed like it must be a great New Year discount for their customers to start the year right! It's disgusting to blame the customers in this incident. Who doesn't shop around for the best deal or get excited about discount codes? It may have been a glitch or perhaps a mistake on the part of whoever programmed it, but to blame anyone but the company is wrong. It was their mistake and it is their job to rectify it. Simply cancelling orders is a terrible PR move.

Customers should not be punished or made to feel that Gymsharks mistake is their fault. If SAVE25 is infact a code that was meant to be used last year then the code should have been terminated at the end of that time frame. Our orders should be honoured as that is the price that we were told we were able to perchase the products at.
