- Wingate Custom Homes has initiated plans to expand the Harper's Ridge/Tucker Place subdivision into the land between the current subdivision and Feagin Mill Road. The entrances to the subdivision are already dangerous due to the divided road on Houston Lake and traffic throughout the subdivision is risky and crowded due to narrow roads. Adding additional homes without adding additional exits is a danger to all the residents in the community.
- This petition asks that the Warner Robin's Planning and Zoning committee step in to work with the current homeowners in the development to address our concerns and help provide a buffer or safety measures in order to address our concerns.

There has to be another exit. We will never be able to get out of are neighborhood. This is a safety issue.

It is very dangerous to pull out of our subdivision. Traffic has increased due to the apartments and will increase significantly in the upcoming years as they add 100 new homes to our neighborhood.
