REQUEST:

Please reinstate the practice of using full size spare wheels in all new vehicles produced.

REASONS:

Space saver wheels - limited to 50mph(80kph) not practical when national speed limit in most countries is 60mph+. Should only be used as temporary measure have seen many vehicle use space saver for months.If used in this way there is more a possibility that the tyre will not take the stress and result in a blowout. Space saver wheels are not acceptable if used on a vehicle presented on a driving test.

Repair kit - Only useful if you get a puncture the size of a nail head anything bigger needs to be towed to nearest tyre shop.

ADVANTAGES OF PROPER SPARE WHEELS:

A wheel that is the same size as the other 3 on the vehicle that can be driven up to the speed limit any time any where.
