This is a petition from Prohibition Management in regards to Project #18-162 (case #1561) in regards to allowing the new construction of a permanent cover for our front patio. We are requesting a variance from the city to allow us to build a cover that would be closer to the street, of 6100 south, than zoning would usually allow. Before signing this petition, we have reviewed the blueprints and agree that this would improve overall appeal of the establishment.

Looks like a solid design, definitely adds a better look to that whole corner.
This would be great for us regulars who like to sit outside but hate the sun beating down on us in the summer.
An awning for the bar would not only raise appeal, but would accommodate for both winter and summer seasons by providing an area for folks to hang out with possible heating apparatuses to keep warm during winter seasons while giving the opposite of an outdoor area to cool down from the body heat inside during the summer. This proposal will certainly raise property and city value in my personal opinion.
This place is a second home to me but it's getting cold out and not having an outdoor space out of the weather is very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
I support this 100% Love this bar and it would be even better with the curbside appeal.
