• My name is Katie Shaner and I live at 1091 Woodgate Blvd. I am writing to request permission to install a six footfence. I currently have a four foot fence in place but this is not a sufficient height to contain my two dogs. I have tried numerous interventions that were unsuccessful. Specifically a couple of interventions that I have tried involved placing chicken wire at the top of the fence and placing an electric fence around the perimeter.

I do not want my animals to be a nuisance to my neighbors and the neighborhood. Many people in the neighborhood have returned my dogs when they have escaped which I am thankful for. I feel a taller privacy fence will be beneficial for the dogs, the neighborhood and to myself.

I can obtain signatures of neighbors who are in agreement with the six foot fence
