I moved into Bradford Village in Missouri City, TX nearly 6 months ago at the start of Covid-19. I received approval from our HOA to replace the debilitated original fence, in which I had a privacy fence that matches the new fence adjacent to MY home, installed by the same contractor. HOA has harassed me by first stating my bins are visible from the street, which they are not unless one approaches my property from a crazy angle. Then in the second notice, they stated the privacy fence was not approved. I don't want to remove it. I don't want to keep trash bins in my garage or in the backyard that will eventually kill the grass or encourage pest. I have submitted a request for approval in which HOA denied. The privacy fence does not interfere with the structure of the neighboring home, cause flooding between homes or interfere with the aesthetics of the neighborhood. In fact, the neighbors I have met complimented the privacy fence. Please sign my online petition in hopes I may keep the fence.

I find this ridiculous. This fence is the nicest in the neighborhood. How about they replace the falling down fences surrounding our neighborhood? Pressure wash the brick pillars between the broken down fences. Moldy Bradford Village sign with light on it. Leave this family alone. When we make improvements be happy and when The board quits spending our money on ? FIX THE FALLING DOWN fences you are responsible for. Painted and not painted pickets. They have been saying for years they are getting bids what A BAD JOKE!

I support her request. The privacy fence looks nice, aligns with her fence but more importantly allows for the garbage can to be outside and out of site as required rather stinking the garage. The BOD cold have and should have approved versus jerking her around!

Thank you, Bradford Village community. If you know of any neighbors who haven't signed, please feel free to spread the word. I'm still fighting to keep it, but they keep denying me. I've recently been denied to just discuss this with the board. With this mentioned, this starts a precedence for others to follow as long as it matches our back fence in keeping with the beautification of our neighborhood. I explained for health reasons and with the pandemic on the rise, we should not be forced to live amongst our trash and waste if we can avoid it. I stated, "if the world can make a global change because of Covid, then why can't we as a community safe guard our homes and loved ones?" The response, "denied, remove the fence!"

The privacy fence look nice, neat and clean . It looks better than both of Bradford Village entrances. Very dirty and unkepted.

When I asked where the HOA money is being allocated to, they said utilities, trash pickup and landscaping of which no flowers were planted this year to somewhat beautify the entrances.

I support the fencing....and yes the H.O.A. people can NOT go on property to take pictures of any sorts without consent... I've been living here over 6 yrs, and yet nothing has been change (besides the fencing due to storm damage). Also I agree, they're bullies, well try to be.......i guess if you're part of the board, you can do whatever (hence the dude on tower bell whole yard)
