I moved into Bradford
Village in Missouri City, TX nearly 6 months ago at the start of Covid-19. I received approval from
our HOA to replace the debilitated original fence, in which I had a privacy fence that
matches the new fence adjacent to MY home, installed by the same
contractor. HOA has harassed me by first stating my bins are visible from the
street, which they are not unless one approaches my property from a crazy
angle. Then in the second notice, they stated the privacy fence was not
approved. I don't want to remove it. I don't want to keep trash bins in my
garage or in the backyard that will eventually kill the grass or encourage pest.
I have submitted a request for approval in which HOA denied. The privacy fence
does not interfere with the structure of the neighboring home, cause flooding
between homes or interfere with the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
In fact, the neighbors I have met complimented the privacy fence. Please sign
my online petition in hopes I may keep the fence.
I find this ridiculous. This fence is the nicest in the neighborhood. How about they replace the falling down fences surrounding our neighborhood? Pressure wash the brick pillars between the broken down fences. Moldy Bradford Village sign with light on it. Leave this family alone. When we make improvements be happy and when The board quits spending our money on ? FIX THE FALLING DOWN fences you are responsible for. Painted and not painted pickets. They have been saying for years they are getting bids what A BAD JOKE!
