Hello everyone! This is the petition for having the FULL roster printed.
Obviously no one will force you, however, I believe it is time that we all come together as a team to let management know we want access to the full roster.
At minimum, it should be printed and hung in the back office as per our enterprise agreement.
A few of us have tried in person and we all talk amongst ourselves with how much we disapprove, but it is time we take action to ensure they know how many of us want this fixed.
The most recent explanation from management is "privacy" however, it has become clear whilst talking amongst each other that most team members want FULL visibility of the roster.
The purpose of the petition will be to send it to HR and CC management in order to hold them accountable, provide us with transparency and make our stance known.
They cannot ignore as all at once!

Hi Shirely, We thought that having a map celebrating the diversity of our team would be a really positive and fun initiative to have in place. We are so lucky to have lots of wall space and board space in our Heart of house office that if you wanted to place it in another location, I would be more than happy to hear your suggestion. Having just had a very good long chat with Tyla, we are working on the feedback regarding the published rosters and I will have an update to share soon. Enjoy your day off. Chris
I am not sure why we have a map of the world in the space of our published rosters?

I believe in transparency in workplace, "Being transparent with your employees demonstrates respect and encourages collaboration, ultimately resulting in a healthier work atmosphere and a stronger team"
