We, the undersigned employees of the company FullCount, petition the company 365 Retail Markets to remove the policy requiring COVID-19 vaccinations as a condition of employment.
This is not a statement on validity, necessity, or effectiveness of the vaccine and we do not wish it to be seen as such. Instead, we wish to contest the requirement as a condition of employment. We believe this policy oversteps employer rights and creates a discriminatory and partisan environment.
We are requesting a blanket dismissal of this policy. Alternately, we suggest a collaborative discussion to create guidelines and protocols that ensure all employees feel protected and capable of conducting business confidently.
