We, the residents of the Artesia community are being slighted. Our monthly HOA dues are being paid to a property management company that serves our needs. A portion of these funds are meant to give us access to our community swimming pools. Currently, our community swimming pools are not set to open until May 27th which is after Summer break begins. Meanwhile other communities in the area have full access to their community pools for a longer season than the great community of Artesia. One nearby community even has access to their pools all year.
This petition will serve notice to Associa PMG and all community committees that serve Artesia, from this day forward, we the residents would like full access to our community pools (if operable) from April 1st-October 31th.

The volume of support from our neighbors has reached a point where the board can no longer ignore this demand. I have formally requested a meeting with the Associa PMG representative to present our case for an extended pool season.

April sounds perfect. Other neighborhoods here have 24/7 access so why are we being kept out?
Seriously why do we even have monitors watching us? Waste of money and they just make it annoying to actually use the pool.
We haven't been able to use any amenities since we have lived here. Do we get a refund on HOA dues!
I’m on board with opening the pools early, and closing them later in the year, in the evening like midnight or 2am… let’s not have pool monitors, save 60-80k per year for other debts
And get rid of the pointless, overpaid pool “monitors” that we’re spending $100k on

Ridiculous that we pay these fees for a pool that stays locked up for half the year. Open it up already.
