Also PLDT customers may email their complaints to [email protected] if the 171 hotline isn't useful at all.

I have been reading through the endless string of comments from people who are still paying for internet that never actually works. My own connection dropped again this morning and it is clear that waiting for a small rebate months later is not a real solution. We need them to fix the billing process before the money leaves our hands.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that I am not the only one exhausted by these unfair billing practices and broken promises. This support confirms that the struggle for honest service is shared by thousands who are tired of being ignored.

PLDT is billing us from Dec. 2019 up to last month even we dont have Internet Connection. We have paid last 21 July partially as per their advise in order for them to reconnect it but now they are telling us to pay also the remaining amount for it to be reconnnected. Anong klaseng panloloko yan.
I have request for NOn-simultaneous service As I already move to new place and requested for relocation, a month ago but still PLDT charged me for 2months since I wasnt using my line for one month
Quick to collect bills, Quick to cut connection if you miss the due date. BUT SO SLOW FIXING CONNECTION PROBLEMS - - -SO SLOW REPAIRS!! URGENT MEANS WAITING FOREVER!!!
We have been complaining about our bill for the past 3 months now and we have been getting different responses every time. I have requested for a downgrade of service because our Telpad plan is already out of contract and they are giving us less than 3 mbps a month but still our bill stays at the amount for 8mbps. This is terrible.
Pldt always close my report ticket without proper resolution. When I request for rebates, I am always surprise to find out that I can only have rebate (pending approval) for lesser number of days than I expect.
Their service is so unfair because of its terrible service and high price

PLDT asking for payments even thwor service is down and will rebate it ata longer period of time. Rebate shoild be done realtime for downtime of their service.
