We, the undersigned, ask that Pflugerville City Council reject the proposed CL-4 zoning for Project Charm (24/7/365 days/yr, 3.8 million square-ft Amazon warehouse).

The rezoning will result in:

• Increased demands on already challenged city infrastructure (such as roadways, water and wastewater systems, and fire-emergency medical services);
• Negative impacts to residents’ safety, quality of life, and property values; and
• Significant environmental impacts, such as increased lighting, noise, and air pollution.
• The City of Pflugerville’s lack of transparency or notification has prevented the opportunity for meaningful input amongst its residents.
