We, the undersigned, ask that Pflugerville City Council reject the proposed CL-4 zoning for Project Charm (24/7/365 days/yr, 3.8 million square-ft Amazon warehouse).
The rezoning will result in:
- Increased demands on already challenged city infrastructure (such as roadways, water and wastewater systems, and fire-emergency medical services);
- Negative impacts to residents’ safety, quality of life, and property values; and
- Significant environmental impacts, such as increased lighting, noise, and air pollution.
- The City of Pflugerville’s lack of transparency or notification has prevented the opportunity for meaningful input amongst its residents.

The scale of this response confirms the weight of our position to the City Council. I am finalizing the formal documentation for submission to the planning department to ensure our concerns regarding infrastructure capacity are on the official record.

Fix the potholes and lights we already have before inviting all these massive trucks to destroy our streets.
What about the noise and the light pollution?! I moved here for a quiet home not to live next to a 24 hour industrial hub. Totally unfair to the residents.
traffic in pflugerville is already nightmare enough. we dont need a massive warehouse adding hundreds of trucks to our roads every single day.
Property values are going to tank if this happens. Not okay.
Ridiculous. No one asked for this. Keep it out of our neighborhood.
