for 15 months november 26th husband BillyGeneHammonds went Missing fromf lumberton nc at 10:30 pm the last time i seen him they have never done a public or dive search with leads never been on tv ive got him in the media from missing sites and groups helping me it took lumberton sheriff;s office almost a year after me registered him dec 29 2016 sept 2017 is when they complied.ive had three events traveled 7 trips to post flyers not once has dectective showed for respect and his open case.district attorney told me my husband was killed by a drugdealer and a sheriff at that so why isnt it ruled foul play or possible homicide.he says theres no body they cant...i want him acknowleged like every person in lumberton when they get murdered or missing..why he is throwed under the rug is beyond me but my voice isnt shutting up till answers why he is treated different and justice and closure my pain and his family pain..is anever ending and a native american indian let him have some dignity.he paid his price of wrong doings.dearly.

The Lumberton Sheriff's Office thought they could bury this case and hope we would just disappear. This surge in support proves they were dead wrong and now they have no choice but to finally face the truth about their total negligence.

You have every right to demand that this be inspected, by the authorities not doing anything, is an injustice. Praying you get some positive answers soon. You need to know either way for your own personal reasons and peace of mind.
My friend needs answers and Justice for her missing husband she needs to finally have some peace of mind the past 2 years this has totally consumed her. It is time for the authorities to actually DO THEIR JOB !!!!
It is past time for answers on where is Billy Gene Hammonds. Way past time. The LEA is supposed 'TO SERVE AND TO PROTECT". Clearly, it is seen that this is not being done with Billy Gene's case. Why is it? It makes one wonder if the LEA in charge of Billy Gene's case is even working on his case at all. They need to be held accountable for each and every citizen's need for help. I fully support Pamela's efforts in trying to locate her husband.
It doesn't matter what a person has done in their past. They've already paid their "debt to society." This man is missing and his family has every right to know where he is, and to have police assistance! If he is deceased, his family has every right to know the truth of how and when, and the victim deserves justice to be served to him! This family has every right to be able to lay this young man to rest.
Please have someone help Pamela and others in Lumberton NC. Many missing and or found deceased without any help or answers.

I think the police/sheriffs office should treat all missing people like they matter and that they are just as important as the next missing person no matter what there background is, his Wife (Pam) and his family & friends should feel like the police/sheriffs office is doing everything they are suppose to and following all leads to find him whether the outcome is good or bad and the police/sheriffs office should also work with the people who is trying to get Billy's information out to the public any and everywhere possible....
