We, the residents of Summerfield/Douglas in South Surrey BC would like to petition the CRTC and/or all Canadian cell phone providers to improve the cellular service in our area. Currently, we are having ongoing issues connecting to our Canadian providers and/or connecting with the AT&T US network which appears to be overpowering Canadian wireless signals. Mobility providers are choosing to either ignore the problems by stating that it is out of their hands and we as customers have to live with this or advising customers to pay additional costs for roaming packages. We would like to see either a new tower built in our area, or a stronger signal sent out from the existing towers so that we may enjoy the cell phone service we pay for every month.
