Zero cell phone signal in our sub (just north of Gun, west of Adams), literally a half mile from a major Rochester school (Delta Kelly), so not at all in a remote area. Very frustrating.

South of Snell along Rochester Road is a known dropped call zone. Please upgrade Verizon cell coverage service now.

I have been asking for a remedy for years. I even found a location for a tower at the Rochester Cider Mill years ago. Do you not care about your customers? Please help us out here.

I get 1 bar or less anywhere on the 1st floor of my house so calls that may connect get cut off or poor reception so can't hear the other person or them me. Upstairs in our house is only slightly better. I have been a Verizon customer for many years, but it is annoying when you can't make or receive calls in your own home.

I live one and one half miles from the cell tower. According to the tower service map, we live in an area that does not have a signal directed in our direction. Please improve the service or reduce our monthly billing rate.

Problems seem to have increased in the last few months. It is the worst it has ever been. Calls drop or won’t connect.
And fix it in Rochester Hills as well!
