This petition is to stop the uncalled for discrimination against car audio enthusiasts. We have been labeled as thugs, muderers, drug dealers and general criminals. They have compared us to drug addicts instead of enthusiasts. The petitions, defemation and discrimination needs to stop. Our congress has more important things to deal with than complaints of noise violations. We are no more of a thug than a man cutting grass at 7a.m. on a weekend when we're trying to sleep. We spend less time in ear shot than a passing plane or motorcycle. They discriminate against us because they do not like our music or our vehicles. To ban audio equipment would be taking away good jobs for hard working Americans. Banning of audio equipment has more of a repercussion than these people think. There are laws in place that violate noise ordinance offenders. Not all of us violate these laws. To punish all for the actions of so few is wrong. To want to put a legitimate businesses out of commission because you do not agree with another persons life style is wrong. Their constant petitons are a waste of congresses time and resources. So lets stop their useless petitions to shut down a good business and safe hobby... there's far worse things these guys and girls could be doing with their time than just building audio setups. Lets worry about more important things.
