Fellow Hoteliers and Business owners. I am sending out this petition for your attention because like many of you, I am tired of complaining to the local Police and Authorities regarding loud music and modified vehicles on our roads. For far too long I have been asking for the authorities to take action against these individuals and to date we have heard only hot air. Compol has yet to make comment, the STB and the Minister of Tourism has not taken a stand and the VTS continues to pass these illegal death traps.
I am tired of hearing complaints from our visitors that come to our Island for peace and tranquility. I am tired of being awaken at ungodly hours by a pulsating baseline, I am tired of sitting around and watching these idiots get away with disturbing my constitutional right of enjoyment. I work 7 days a week and deserve some peace and quiet with my family. I deserve the right to a good nights sleep.
Enough is enough, Let's get this message to the Authorities, Compol, The STB and the Minster of Tourism that we demand action.

We agree. The increasing amount of cars with modified noisy exhausts, the speeding in the neighborhoods, blasting loud music are not just a serious disturbance, but a true danger for anyone walking by the road side. To this we need to add people parking by the beach side playing loud music, people walking or standing by the road side playing loud music and the weekend night gatherings at the Jetty which leaves without sleep the entire Baie Ste. Anne. We urge the authorities concerned to take this matter seriously. It not only affects the people of Praslin, but it is already having a damaging impact on our tourism industry.
