The pool board has officially agreed to open the gates with the safety measures we discussed. I am glad we were able to reach a resolution that honors our collective needs as residents. Let us remain mindful of these precautions so that we can enjoy the season safely together.
To all concerned and paying members of the Logan’s Reserve community HOA. In accordance with the PA state government and guidelines set in place being followed by York county we, the paying members of the Logan’s reserve community petition to overturn the HOA decision to keep the community pool closed this summer. The voice of the community was NOT considered in this decision and the community per signatures below do NOT agree with the decision and expect a reconsideration to open the community pool that we pay for as part of our association fee with reasonable precautions as are being followed by other similar community pools in York county.
We should make every effort to allow this seemingly private pool to be open given that public pools and state beaches are open.

I suggest the HOA get input from the members of our community by holding a meeting this week and conduct a vote on opening procedures.

I respectfully request that the pool and other facilities be opened. I suggest that a Waiver of Liabilty be signed for each family and that a Code of Conduct be signed before use. This will outline Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Libality, mans agreement to follow rules established.
An excellent model has been created by York JCC (which can be shared w/ our HOA ) has allowed their facilities to open.

Even though due to health reasons I'm unable to utilize the pool at this time. I feel that the children & the community needs it. Also possible waiver/ reimbursement on HOA if pool is kept closed and not allowed to use. It is a big part of the amenities here.

I wish to have access to the pool acknowledging that there are increased risks to my own and children’s health by using the facility and I am willing to sign a waiver to cover the HOA
