This petition is on behalf of Kendall Square concerned residents. We believe that KW management and Lennar Homes need to start enforcing rules and regulations of the community, and improving our quality of life by taking care of the issues affecting our community at this moment.
1- Background checks and parking decals are a MUST. people are moving in without background checks, some of them are registered offenders and felons.
2- Parking rules are out of control, people parking on the grass, sidewalks, un-registered cars, car junks, etc.
3- Security guard on both north and south side are needed. We already have vandalism and robberies reported due to the lack of security presence.
4- Homeowners Association meetings are needed to start addressing all these issues, we need to sync our ideas.
KW management and Lennar homes need to take actions and once and for all start resolving these issues.
