We the undersigned are concerned citizens, who demand the city planning commission and city council members of Woodbury Minnesota, deny the re-zoning of the vacant lot in the southwest corner of Settlers Ridge Parkway and Lake Drive. We oppose any and all attempts to re-zone this parcel from commercial to residential so that Lennar Minnesota can build high density townhomes.
