We would like to see a neighbor market/grocery that we have been promised. Would be so nice to have some centralized services in place of more housing.

I think it would be great to see a mom/pop ice cream shop. We moved from blaine to woodbury last summer, and it would be great to see a cute little ice cream shop that families could bike to or walk to and get some ice cream after a childs football game or a sports game in general. Seeing something that could give back to the community would be great.

I understand commercial may not work, but high density townhomes is only a win for Lenar. I am pretty sure Lenar does not live in this neighborhood. I hope the zoning commission listens to the voice of its residents instead of that of a business who has no long term interest in the community.

Please let's keep it as planned, such as a commercial building or a park. No more townhomes please!

How about a City splash pad/park?

We were promised by the city that this would be commercial zoning when we built in Heritage Park and that is an important reason why we will stay in this neighborhood.

The awful design of the new townhomes is totally out of character with the community.

There are so many town homes concentrated in this area already...between Baily's arbor, more on Lake (kings field), the mattamy ones and now the newest set going up on the end of my street...traffic/school congestion in this area is already enough for a family centered neighborhood

This community has already made a lot of concessions once Newland left. It is already too congested. What would really benefit the community and city is a small commercial center. This is one of the reason's we chose Stonemill so our kids could one day right their bikes to a small store/shop. The Lennar townhomes that are going in are already changing the landscape. To add more in will turn that area into an eyesore and densely populate the area. The city could benefit from the taxes it would receive from the commercial business and the schools will benefit as well.

We bought into Stonemill Farms being told that this location would be used for a commercial purpose. If that was used as a selling point to get people to purchase here, how can you change that now?
