In accordance with the Covenants, Condition and Restrictions for the Summit at Stonewall Tell and the Promenade of Stonewall Tell Community, the undersigned homeowners in the Summit at Stonewall Tell and Promenade Community request the SST BOD’s assistance in preparing Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 for turnover to the SST homeowners.
