Chef Tim has demonstrated his unsurpassed ability as an executive chef time and time again. He held the kitchen together during some of the largest and most chaotic rushes this season and always did so in a respectful and professional way. Chef Hamill's presence is absolutely essential to the success of the restaurant.

He is a great chef and an even better man. Fought for me when I didn't deserve it and then went above and beyond that. He was a mentor when I needed it, and a friend when I was down. Will always be the greatest leader and most knowledgeable chef I have ever worked under. Did everything he could to teach, motivate, and push me to be better. This a shame. He does not deserve this. He took it from shambles and created something beautiful. That place will not be the same.

Chef Tim was the glue that held us all tohether. Not only is he there as a great mind, creating dishes effortlessly, he was there for all of us personally, as a leader and teacher, inspiring us to be better, to be greater, and that just ok wasn't good enough. He led by example and never needed to raise his voice and scream at you when something wasn't right. You did it right the first time so you didn't dissapointed him because you care as much for the product as he does. No one will ever be able to replace that and hold that much respect. Even on days where we're slammed doing 8x the service which was projected, he would act as if it was a good work out, crack some jokes and move on, reminding us tomorrow is another day. The other chefs are fantastic but they were a close team and played off each others strengths and weaknesses. We will survive without him, but surviving is not thriving.
