Final supporters
Due to the recent announcement of the Martinsburg Mall closing down. Par for the Course is being forced to shut down. The owner has pleaded with the city to keep it open. They've denied him that request. The Course would be easily accessible through their new strip mall plans. There's obviously no problems financially, considering Par for the Course has been there for over 18 years.
This petition is for the small business owner who has put his heart into Martinsburg. He's been there for many of us that "lived"at the mall during our teen years. The least we can do is be there for him and fight to keep Par for the Course open. It's a part of our history that shouldn't be forgotten.

Please keep this open... on cold days in the winter it's nice to have something for families to do that is inside besides just the bowling alley.
This is one thing our kids can do and be safe and you want to take that from them. Why not fix the mall up instead of building all around it and causing more traffic. This is very sad to hear. Hope to help save Par for the course.
Keep it open! There is hardly anywhere for kids to go to play anymore and they just keep shutting down the ones that are still there. It's sad and then people wonder why these kids get in trouble. I really hope they reconsider.
Think this is one of the only things you can do as a family in the city and it's a good course with good people that run the business. Keep them in business.
Used to be a mall rat when I was a teenager. This place was like a second home lol he deserves to stay open if he wants to! He always watched it for us!

There's no reason to force a successful Martinsburg small business to shut down. There are too few already. Work with the owner to include him on new plans for the area.
