This is an online petition for ATOUP Management to reconsider the 2024 Association Dues increase.
1. We request for a town hall for all unit owners to fully understand the direction on the increase of dues.
2. We request that management will present the financial stating of ATOUP community
3. We request that management present the audited financial report for the past year and show the 2024 CAPEX/OPEX programs.
2. We request to temporarily hold the annual increase until a decision with management and owners are agreed by both parties.
