We the renters of Harbour Palms Apartments community, do hereby sign this petition in objection of what we consider to be an unreasonable rent increase. We believe that an increase of this magnitude cannot be justified. A $100 plus increase is simply unwarranted by present cost of living, and was not explained as to why it is so much higher (12.2786%).
