We, the residents of Carriage Lane and Tramway petition to oppose the rezoning of the area between our two communities pictured below.

I oppose the rezoning between Carriage Lane and Tramway. There is enough traffic already and I paid too much to live in this almost country setting to have this type of stuff in my driveway basically.
I oppose this rezoning due to traffic issues that we already have. In addition, the proposed class of properties could lead to an increase in crime in our community.
I am not in favor of the re zoning between Tramway and Carriage Lane. There are plenty of other areas out this way for storage areas as explained. Residents only have one way in and out of Tramway and Carriage Lane. Rush hour in this area becomes a challenge as it is
Carriage Lane resident with children who play at the park directly across from this area that could turn into a commercial and high traffic area
My concerns are multiple. But primarily are resale ability, and transient traffic induction. And the location being surrounded by a children at play residential zoned area at a dead end road.
Against any Dollar General or any commercial development at the corner of Euston and Commonwealth
Dollar General or any other retail store does not belong at Metfield. Please, do not allow commercial business

We purchased our home with an understanding that the area is residential-safer for our children, less traffic. Home values in a good place. I want it to stay that way - no commercial.
