Dear PennDOT:
We, citizens, business owners, and commuters living in and around Monessen, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Mon Valley, implore you to pave Donner Avenue (Route 906 South), from 4th Street to 12th Street. This road is one of two main roads in the Mid-Downtown section of the City of Monessen. This stretch of road is a concrete road that has not been paved since the 1960's. It is full of holes and in desperate need of attention.
We support moving our community forward and progressing our business district. Paving this route can be incredibly beneficial for the revitalization of the City of Monessen. Please consider making this project happen, as soon as possible, and supporting the revitalization of a city with a rich history, that has given so much the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in its 117 years of existence.
