Pengawalan Keselamatan yang Ketat di Perjiranan 12 Bandar Dato Onn
Kami penduduk Perjiranan 12 Bandar Dato Onn, memohon tindakan SERTA MERTA pihak berkuasa JLAND untuk mengetatkan kawalan keselamatan di Perjiranan 12.
Kami mohon kerjasama JLAND untuk:
1) Mengadakan talian telefon tetap untuk dihubungi untuk kedua-dua pondok kawalan A & B
2) Rekod penuh setiap pelawat & tag kereta saiz A4 untuk setiap pelawat
3) Iringan pengawal sampai ke rumah host ( jika boleh)
4) Pengawal perlu tahu pemilik setiap rumah dan mengenalpasti rumah2 kosong utk memastikan tiada pelawat bebas masuk menggunakan alamat palsu
5) Rondaan kerap dan berdedikasi
6) Tambahan kawat besi (tajam dan tinggi) sekeliling pagar perjiranan 12 terutamanya sepanjang Jalan Perjiranan 12/7
7) Melarang semua pekerja2 kontraktor pengubahsuaian daripada menghuni dalam kawasan perjiranan
8) Pastikan semua pengawal mampu mengendali monitor CCTV dgn jelas dan mampu review recording pada bila2 masa
9) Pastikan jumlah bilangan pengawal yg cukup setiap shift
Kami amat berharap tindakan pantas diambil. Kami tidak mahu kes kecurian/ rompakan besar berulang sepertimana kes di Jalan Perjiranan 12/7. Kami menggesa perhatian penuh pihak JLAND demi keselamatan semua.

I honestly cannot believe how many of you have joined this effort since I first typed out those demands in frustration after the break-in. Seeing this kind of momentum makes me feel like we might actually get JLAND to listen for once because they usually just ignore us when we complain individually.

It time to shapeup al security measures since day ONE being first occupant in the premise at P12/24 bck thn in Jan 16, many flaws seen yet slight improvemt. I fully agree some of our resi concerning main guardhouse shld equip w telephne link to Owner's resi nos in times of emergency outbreak like robbery, illegal actvties, power failure etcs. On top of whch, its good to form up our community volunteer (rightful Owner) for improvmt particularly nomination of term cntrctors fr the best interest of the estate. Most importantly, contrctors shld NOT be allowed to stay inhouse nor entry witout proper n stringent screening including patrolling to units visited by their guests as part of good security reasons. Rdgs J & A - S'pore....
We hope the guarhouse security can be more aware for any stranger enter to our community.
It will be good to collate resident's email address. Johor Land or future Security Managers could send the details of the guards (name and photos) so that residents could identify if they are indeed the guards for P12. Updates should be sent if there are changes. This would help residents to detect if non-authorized personnel are imitating as security guards. Anizan & Mas, Singapore
Sy setuju..our current security guard is useless..rondaan sambil bergayut di HP & dalam keadaan laju..mereka selalu kelihatan melepak dan selalu meletakkan motor betul2 exit utk residence keluar menyebabkn kenderaan susah utk keluar
Pengawal keselamatan perlu fasih berbahasa malaysia atau inggeris untuk memudahkan komunikasi dengan penduduk

Hi BDO, we as a resident of bdo would like to request for a tighter security in our neighbourhood as recently there were cases of theft.
