Convert Cannon Street, Preston into pedestrian walkway. Let's expand Preston City Centre! Pedestrianising Preston streets would increase in footfall in shops, improve trade, modernise the look of the street and reduce petty crime. Shop owners in Cannon Street, off Fishergate, in Preston city centre, claim that if it was pedestrianised, they could establish outdoor seating areas and attractive features. The quiet one-way street features a number of cafes, specialist food stores and boutique fashion shops. "I support this petition! x"

Fishergate is so much better since they did it. Cannon street needs the same treatment to keep the area nice for shoppers.
