I, the signatory of this petition, am of the believe that for Supervisory Agreements, the Civil Works Codes of PEC (CE-1 to CE-10) are to be renewed only if a Supervisory Agreement with a Civil Engineer is signed.
For renewal of Minor Works Code [C6(11)], an agreement with an engineer of any discipline of PEC having supervisory license, is required.
