Ako rin hindi na nakaka renew ng license dahil sa CPD. Technician ako at lagging nasa offshore halos hindi naman natataon sa mga training para mag earn ng CPD points. paano yan?

True, I don't have a chance to get CPD pts. As an ETO, when Im in the Philippines, I usually have a training as seafarer. So, I support this petition.

hindi ako nka pg renew ng prc license more than a year ago pa dahil need daw mg pay sa IECEP ng para sa cpd points, tinanggap nman yung mga certificates ng mga seminars ng IIEE d2 sa KSA pero kulang pa rin dw at need pa rin mg pay. buti hndi ko pnatulan, wla pa pla IRR yung law na yun, pinas tlaga, mka kita lng ng katiting na chance mng dudugas tlaga.

OFW already sacrificed a lot! Pati ba naman sa pagrenew ng license pahihirapan pa rin kami? Konting pakonswelo naman sa mga tinatawag niyong mga Bagong Bayani ng Bayan!

Yes, definitely agree, it's unfair that OFW practicing their profession can't renew their license because of CPD points, but they allow the one not practicing their profession as long as they can attend iecep convetion. And most of all iecep seminars are too basic, you can just search it through the internet. but the advance training that i had they will just credit 0.25points/hr!! because it's not cpd accredited program. Come on PRC!!!!

IECEP seminars happen only once a year. Unfortunately for OFW members like me, our options are severely limited because we only have once a year vacation. We use this 1 month to prioritize situations like emergency/special occassions with our love ones. IECEP must realize this problem and provide flexibility of earning CPD points.

yes, wala pa akong CPD points and I need to renew it by this May..
