Students not currently enrolled in BLDG 390 or CIVI 390
Wish to bring to your attention:
The fact that a large number of students who would like to graduate at their preferred dates are unable to do so due their inability to take the requisite course BLDG 390/CIVI390 Design Project offered in Fall 2011 semester for a number of reasons
Therefore, We Request:
The Department of Building. Civil & Environmental Engineering
To:
Overcome this dire problem by opening up the BLDG 390/CIVI390 course during the 2012 Summer term. This would enable the after-mentioned students to meet their graduation deadlines and save a whole academic year of their education to good use.

The department has not issued a formal response yet but we are continuing to apply pressure on the administration. Email your department head today to insist that summer course availability is an urgent priority for our graduation timelines.

The department is starting to pay attention because of the momentum we have built together. Go to the department office this afternoon and ask to speak with the registrar about the summer course availability. Keep the pressure on by sending a follow up email to the department chair right now.

Ridiculous that this isn't already an option. Get it done so we can graduate.
need this class to graduate in spring. dont make us wait for fall.
literally just need this to get my degree. stop blocking us.
it makes no sense to hold us back an entire year over one course. summer session is the only way some of us can finish on time.
the department needs to start thinking about the actual students instead of just schedules. offer the course.

PLEASE offer this in the summer. I really can't afford to stay another year just for one class.
