Recently I requested a red sticker to place on my canoe for access rights to the Main 10 acre pond which currently within the development. I was denied this request because the covenant reads that only Pond Lot Owners are allowed to navigate the pond waters. As you can guess, I was shocked at this fact but it is true. As I read through the covenant I was surprised to find allot of issues that I had problems with regarding the various ponds within the development and there up keep and usage rights. Specifically all members of Pebble Creek are paying for the maintenance of all 3 ponds, yet they are limited to one pond with restricted rights. I personally have issue with the Pond Lot Owners Rights to exclusiveness devised by the covenant, however all members of Pebble Creek must pay for this right. In an effort to change the covenant I
Totally unfair. We all pay the dues so why should only a couple people get the access? Need to change these old rules fast.

If my HOA fees go toward the maintenance of these ponds then I should be allowed to use them too. It makes no sense to pay for something you cannot even touch.
