Spruce Creek Fly-In is a beautiful community surrounded by water, farms, and our private airport. We appreciate the many volunteers of the Property Owners Association who have kept the beauty and function of the common grounds available for all residents. For many of us, we enjoy the ability to get into our golf carts and meet neighbors at the Big Tree and ride around the lakes looking at nature.
We were deeply hurt when a fence was built adjacent to the children's park to purposely keep us from riding our golf carts along Lake # 19. For over 10 years, we have enjoyed catch & release fishing, admiring livestock, and walking and running with our dogs.
Therefore, we petition the Property Owners Association to immediately remove the part of the fence to allow us continued golf cart access to the grounds around Lake #19 and to put up a sign saying "No ATV's or dirt bikes."

RIDICULOUS. My kids love looking at the cows by the water. Why ruin a good thing for everyone just because of a few bad apples???

This makes no sense. We lived here for years and enjoyed that lake without any problems. Just put up the sign and take the fence down already.
