Bobby Smith should remain in jail. I would not want to be the mother of the baby girl and have to explain to her when she gets older how our justice system works that it is okay to murder someone becuse you would not hae to serve your full time. Time ordered should be time served in a murder case and other select cases.

Grand daughter and niece of the two victims. Just would like to know how its fair this mn is still alive but my grandpa and uncle are not? Ik two wrongs dont make a right but why should he get to start a new life when they don't get that option?

I am one of the granddaughters and neices of the gentlemen this man murdered and I missed out on ever knowing them. I now only have the pictures and the stories of the men I could've known.

the two men who Bobby Smith murdered where my best friends father and brother. Her whole family has dealt with this heartache since the day that this happened still seems like yesterday to them. Bobby Smith should never be released.

I have an obligation to get this man his freedom. This parole may be denied but there is zero y'all can do on appeal. This case highlights the Stand your Ground law and as such, will be put under a microscope. In essence there is no right to "cherry pick" who is deserving of this law just because the family of the deceased wants "justice".

Have y'all bothered to read the case? These two men took it upon themselves to chase down a stranger in a vehicle rather than call the cops. Gene tried to pull Bobby out of the vehicle and got shot in the face. Two grown men approaching an individual in an aggressive manner, attempted to pull Bobby out of truck......this falls under stand your ground all day long. Countless other cases have had the same situation where the defendant invoked this right.
