Larry James Manager is the cold blooded, unremorseful killer of my brother and sister, Mark and Margaret Fletcher. He was convicted in 1992 and is currently serving 2 life sentences in the Darling Downs Detention Center in Queensland, Australia. This convicted killer, who at one stage was considered Australia's most wanted man, has applied for parole and we need your help to keep him behind bars. The cause is attempting to keep a callous murderer behind bars. He was given life x 2 for the brutal murder of two innocent people in their own home. He applied for parole in 2010 after serving a few years; this was denied at that time. He has applied for parole again to be heard in October 2012 and there is a concern that the parole board may grant this. It may be expedient as there are prisons closing down in Queensland. This criminal has a history of violence and has served time in the past for this and other offences but still went on to murder two innocent people in their own home. He is a threat to future potential UN suspecting victims. Keep the community and especially the innocent, UN suspecting safe. The Parole Board cannot guarantee that he will not re offend, so why bother putting further resources (public money) in to a parole officer, accommodation and many other resources in the community with no guarantee. The only guarantee is to keep him behind bars where he can't re offend. The very fact that he can even waste further resources and apply for parole is an outrage and would indicate the legal system needs changing.
