Dear Park Memorial Homeowner, The Park Memorial bylaws give the board of managers the power and duty to execute the will of the homeowners. As a homeowner, please sign this petition: 1) If you agree with an immediate distribution of the insurance settlement proceeds. 2) If you authorize a special meeting to expedite the distribution of Insurance Proceeds.
