Ms. Ireland is doing excellent as a mentor DI director! She is very good at helping her students build self confidence, giving invaluable advices, and solving problems for students. She cares very much about her students as a teacher and a friend!
She is really an amazing professor, really understanding and does an amazing job explaining the material. She's great at making class interesting and fun and she has no problem reiterating the material. One of my most favorite professors from Fresno State. And I've been here for three years!
Professor Ireland is such a great teacher; she is super passionate about nutrition which makes you want to learn. Her class is more than just a regular class, she helps, and makes you want improve your eating style.
Mrs Ireland is one of the best instructors I have had in my college career. She was one of two professors that turned me on to the field of Dietetics. She is an amazing educator and I am glad that I had the chance to meet her. She is always available to give me encouragement when I need it. If anyone deserves this award it is her.
She has a wealth of knowledge and delivers it in a creative and student-challenging way that increases the quality of our education experience. Well deserving of this award for how she goes above and beyond for her students.
Erika Ireland is one of the most incredible educators I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the years, I have watched her passion for teaching push her to go above and beyond again and again to ensure that her students are successful. She has provided so much support and guidance for me as one of her previous students, and I am so thankful to her for preparing me so well to succeed in my career. Erika Ireland is the type of educator that you never forget. I certainly will always be grateful for the positive impact she has had on my life and the lives of my fellow students.

Mrs. Ireland was an amazing internship director and was always there when you needed her. Amidst her busy life she always found the time to stop and ask how everything was going and listen to any concerns or questions I had and offered helpful advice and guidance. There's nobody else that is more deserving of this award.
