We have had 11 Educators (of some kind) in 3 months. It may have been for a day, an afternoon, a subject, a week & now for a month... WE LOVE our existing Educator. Please help KEEP Mrs. Hourig Mazmanian... NO MORE CHANGES... Kids are stable, they are happy & achieving, the curriculum is flowing & stable, parents are trusting.

The children are Stable, Happy, Learning, Growing FINALLY... Please do not allow this to happen. Please keep her until June. Allow these children the same chance the other classes have to learn... They spent almost 2 months coloring & doing crafts because there was no lesson plan... no continuity... We have structure now...
Our children deserve a stable environment with a great educator, not just any substitute teachers for the day. It's been wonderful to have Mrs. Mazmanian. She is calm, smart and nurturing. She proves to be a great educator. Please allow Mrs. Mazmanian to teach in Room 3 to keep the consistency and give children a confidence and security knowing they have the same teacher for the remainder of the school year.o
This is the second time I am having this experience with this classroom. My daughter loves Ms. Mazmanian and is doing fantastic. It would undermine her success and continuity tremendously should a teacher be removed again, forcing all the children to start over with a multitude of unknown substitutes . This is not ok!!!
My son needs stability, he cried every time a new sub showed up and is happy and thriving with Mrs. Mazmanian. Please let her stay she is a gift to our students.
Yes, please keep Mrs. Mazmanian! It would horrible emotionally for our children if she left.

Just an example of how happy our daughter (and I am sure all the other kids) are with Mrs. Mazmanian: two days ago she suddenly told me she did not want to move to second grade because it would mean she would no longer have Mrs. Mazmanian. We were not even talking about school, she just said this out of the blue, and I think it is such a solid example of how much she offers as a teacher. Our children do indeed deserve stability and continuity (like all the other first graders), and keeping Mrs. Mazmanian until the end of this school year as their room teacher would provide them just that.
