We the residents of East Tennessee, are opposed to the operations of US Nitrogen. We stand firmly together, united against the health, and environmental risks which come with the operation of this facility.
We just hit 250 signatures and the pressure on US Nitrogen is building. Send the petition link to three neighbors right now and tell them why this plant threatens our air quality.

I lived in Greene county for 30+ tears and fished, swim, float tubes and camped on the shores of the Noilchucky River on many occasions.
I would like to express my concern by signing this petition for the future well being of ALL residents in Greene County. "Save The Noilchucky River" Please.

Living a little over 2 miles from this business leaves me concerned about the future health of my family and friends. Not having a warning system is deplorable--it should be required that the business should install one, if not them then the county.

US Nitrogen continually leaks nitric acid into the air and then claims that there is no harm, they steal millions of gallons of water from the Nolichuckey and dump God only knows what back in. Greeneville deserves at least a warning system for when these leaks occur.

SO many safety and ethics issues with this company. Our beautiful, small community simply does not need this type of damage for the sake of less than 80 (out of state!!!) jobs.

This company endangers our communities lives, future, livestock, gardens and our land values. It is a catastrophe wating to happen and the county residents had no voice about it's existence. It has already proven to be a hazard.

I live very close and it has made it impossible to sell my home. I fear the repercussions of having this so close. So far, no one is looking out for the citizens, they care more about a huge corporation.
I care about my air and water.

Yes. Nolichucky needs to be saved from all the chemicals and trash dumped into it daily.
