This is a terrible idea to have this so close to our homes. It doesnt make sense if you have land available near the jail. That land would make logistics even better for your fire/police employees. Home value will go down which means less tax money for you city officials. Think about it.

While I support our law enforcement officers, this training facility does not belong near our subdivision with families raising children. Placing it in this location or any location such as this one is not the right thing to do.

I oppose this training facility to be built by my subdivision. The noise and traffic will create a nuisance in my quiet neighborhood. I have lived here for 10 ten years and have enjoyed living out in the peaceful country. Why can't this facility be built in an industrial area in the city limits?

This is the type of facility that should not be built near a residential area. The city should purchase land out in the county with few or no people around and build it the facility there so it would disturb far fewer people and not bring a greater hazard to a particularly poor road with the extra traffic.

This will drastically affect the value of my home as well as the quality of life. We would never have purchased property here if we had known this was the plan. (I assure you any potentially new residents will feel the same way.)

If I wanted to live on an Army base, I wouldn't have retired. This is extremely too close to the Liberty Heights/Station subdivision and would negatively impact us by increased traffic and a 24 hour nuisance in increased noise (sirens, gunfire, barking dogs, megaphones and screeching tires).

We had more than 1500 signatures against Rixhard Reeves digging his burrow pits to sell the soil to the landfill. The commission still voted yes, this is the good ol boy system. The best we got was the promise that no construction vehicles would use our main road into the subdivision and no blasting. However people heard the words "private lake" stocked with fish and almost half of them bailed out of the petition. These people know what to say and do. Mr reeves moved equipment for my wedding last year and sent me A gorgeous bouquet of flowers and calls from time to time to make sure his crew is following orders. The only orders I do not believe they are following is the mosquito control as they are completely out of hand this year, and using the watering system to control the dirt and dust. I've spent more than 1500 on chemicals this summer have to vacuum nearly every other day algae grows comstantly even with algae control my brand liner and pimp will likely have to be replaced by next summer because it's had to work so hard this summer. Really I oppose this but in reality. I sorta doubt you'll get what you want unless enough of you on this petition are one of those hoity tooth good ol boys who pay off a commoner Best of luck. We got lucky with an old man who just wanted to sell dirt.

I, the resident of Liberty valley, completely oppose this plan as it will be very disruptive to our community.
