please re-consider this project, it is too large and the traffic is already bad and the schools are already crowded. Also, we have a fabulous park right next to this property that would be significantly impacted.

Fuqua knew the existing zoning when they started the process. If they are now uncomfortable with strictly a retail development, then they should back out or delay this project.

As a home owner in the Summit @ Brookwood I do not support this rezoning. I DO NOT want more housing added to this area, especially apartments! We already have a problem with traffic and overcrowded schools. This will make the situation worse! Keep your promise by using this land for commerical use. And keep the green space!

Do NOT add 700 more residences to a school district that is already overcrowded! Kids who live 1.5 miles from Lambert High School can attend it because of the overcrowding.

As a Brookwood resident, we cannot support any more residence in this small area. Our BLUE RIBBON schools will suffer, the traffic will continue to grow, it and it will become everything our family wanted to get away from by choosing this area.

No more high-density building. With the current traffic in Hwy. 141, the traffic is already so bad, we’ve nearly become prisoners to our subdivisions as it is. During certain hours of the day is futile to even leave.

Will cause bad traffic and decrease the residential property value in the neighboring area.

No Commercial / residence building should be built in Caney Creek Preserve.
