We, the undersigned neighbors of the proposed Development Plan, Mallory Green Subdivision, Formerly PD 18-25, write to oppose the six(6) lot plan presented to us in a neighborhood meeting on July 30; we do support a four (4) lot plan with the following conditions:

1. Private drives, common open spaces (COS) and pedestrian easements shall be owned and maintained by a Homeowner’s Association, and maintained consistent with the neighboring community. Adequate guest parking shall be provided.

2. The overall density and lot sizes shall be consistent with the Goodwyn Green Development to the north. Density shall not exceed .7 dwelling units per acre (DU/AC).

3. Rainwater runoff shall be retained or diverted.

I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK MEETING WITH LOCAL PLANNERS TO PUSH FOR THAT FOUR LOT LIMIT!! THE RESPONSE FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND YOUR COMMITMENT TO PROTECTING OUR SPACE REMAINS THE ABSOLUTE PRIORITY!!

THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY ELECTRIC AND IT PROVES OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS UNITED IN DEMANDING BETTER STANDARDS!! I AM COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY BY THE STRENGTH OF OUR COLLECTIVE ENERGY TO PROTECT OUR COMMUNITY SPACE.

I and Marsh will be most affected by this property development. My greatest concern is of construction noise and traffic. Mr. Mallory has assured me that the construction process will be undertaken expeditiously. I support my neighbors in their concerns over property density. I do think this, when completed, will be good for our beloved neighborhood.

On behalf of University District, INC, the nonprofit trade association for neighborhood leadership in the University Planning District, I sign in opposition of the proposed plan PD 18-25 and call for a one-third reduction in units and an entryway plan that doesn't create potential 'standing' areas or u-turn opportunities for what would otherwise be through traffic (no cove).

FYI- I did not receive invitation to any meeting to review this plan nor did I see any notice sign, which I believe is required to post. I support 4 lots, consistent with other development density (Goodwyn Green, Martin residence, etc) and appreciate consideration.

I sign in opposition of the proposed 6 lot Mallory Green Development. I would generally support a lower density development but reserve a final decision until a revised development plan is available.

I oppose the six lot plan for Mallory Green Subdivision, but would support a four lot plan as detailed in the attached petition.

I am pro-development on our street and look forward to seeing the finished product. I think the standard has been set with Goodwyn Green's density.

I am in complete opposition to Brad Martin Subdivision and in opposition to Mallory Green Subdivision.
