After many years serving Community Board 3 as an appointed member, Ariel Palitz was unqualified to perform her duties as a voting member due to conflict of interest and lack of impartiality.
While serving in the past, her demeanor toward public was often dismissiveand harsh,alienatingthecitizenry from participating in the communityprocess.

Keep her out, she's one of the reasons this neighborhood is losing it's luster. It needs grocery stores, supermarkets and such, not 9 million bars and restaurants.
