Stop creation of a new town in the Middle of FARMLAND PRESERVATION AREA! 1. It will result in the direct loss of rural lands, farms, and quality of life. 2. There is not adequate existing infrastructure, particularly in terms of water, sewer, and roads. 3. It erodes permanent purpose of the long range Comprehensive Plan origins for sustainability. It is classic urban sprawl. 4. Citizens favor conservation of natural resources and protection of the Farmland Preservation Area.
