We are against this increase and believe Toll brothers needs to be held accountable and this matter needs to be managed in a better manner with more homeowner input.
I resent having to pay 60% more for our HOA, due to your mismanagement and without home owners input. I'm not sure what you exactly are doing for us, not even removing the snow from the sidewalks.
This is absolutely absurd. I am not interested in paying more money for fewer amenities.
We are against an increase. There are other ways to reduce costs and Toll needs to be held accountable.
Very concerned about this huge increase--looking for other ways to make our budget work

This not only affects us and all our neighbors financially, but also the desirability, and hence property values in the neighborhood. No one wants to have the highest HOA dues in the area, and especially when there's limited access to the amenities.
