- The County of Ventura is allowing HOA pools to open with specific guidelines. We think these guidelines are very doable and other HOA’s in Moorpark and the county have successfully opened their pools. We petition the board to enact these guidelines and open our pools

The County provides the guidelines and we can open the pools and follow those guidelines.
My family and I will sign any legal waver necessary to visit the pool. There are too many $$ grubbing victims and lawyers in this State. Good luck!
Kids are climbing the walls here. Need the pool open ASAP!
Please open the pool! We invested a significant amount of money in swim lessons for our two toddlers this summer to have them go to waste with the continued closure of the community pool. This would be one of our few outlets to utilize as a family outside of our home. We truly miss the pool.
There are easy processes to open the pools safely. The expectation is for the HOA to do this.
Please open the pool. This is ridiculous!!

Every other neighborhood has theirs open already. Why are we the only ones still stuck with a gate locked shut? Get it done.
