Our HOA Board of trustees decided to not open the club house pool and facilities for the summer of 2020 due to the new COVID-19 health guidelines published by the Summit County health department. We would like to hold a Special meeting as described in Article 6 section 6.03 of the Towpath homeowners association bylaws to reconsider safely and responsibly opening the pool And other facilities during the summer of 2020.

The Board members are finally feeling the heat because this momentum proves they cannot ignore us anymore. We are dragging them to that meeting to force a vote on this ridiculous pool closure.

I am willing as well as my husband to b part of the process to reopen the pool. I think we have enough residences who would help get pool open, and work to keep it safe.

The kids have been stuck inside for months. We can easily wipe down chairs and keep our distance. Let us back in the water!
